It runs the whole scale — about a third medium, a quarter mild, the rest hot and extra hot. Habanero leads the peppers, then jalapeño, ghost and Carolina reaper, with garlic in seven bottles out of ten and lime in a third. If that is more choice than you wanted, start from a heat level or a maker instead.
