Shipping policy

We offer UPS Ground Saver or USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all orders in the United States. Larger orders may ship via UPS/FedEx. Most orders arrive in 2-5 business days, once shipped.

US Shipping charges are outlined below:

• $5.95 shipping on all orders under $60
• FREE shipping on all orders over $60

All items come with free shipping insurance. If an item is damaged during shipping, just send us a photo at support@scovilled.com and we will get a replacement shipped out right away.

Shipping Timeframes
Orders placed before noon Mon-Sat often ship same day, otherwise your order will ship the next business day.

If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing an order to make sure we can accommodate. We will do everything we can to get your order to you on time. 

International Shipping
At the moment, we can only offer shipping to residents in the United States. Please contact us for any international orders you'd like to place and we will see if we can accommodate.
