Lottie’s Traditional Barbados Yellow Hot Pepper Sauce is a medium, mustard-based Bajan pepper sauce: habanero peppers with zesty mustard, garlic, vinegar and sugar, where tang meets heat. It was the fourth sauce on Season 1 of Hot Ones.
Spread it on sandwiches and wraps, use it as a marinade for chicken or pork, or try it on wings, hot dogs, burgers, fried potatoes and fried plantains. For more heat, try Lottie’s Original red. Lottie’s pepper sauces come from Barbados, made in the traditional Bajan style.

The Traditional Barbados Yellow is a mustard-based pepper sauce with habanero and turmeric, golden, tangy and bold, and it was featured on the very first season of Hot Ones. The Original Barbados Red is a fiery red pepper sauce. Both are superb with fish, chicken and rice.
