Lottie’s Original Barbados Red Hot Pepper Sauce is a hot, simple Bajan pepper sauce of Scotch bonnet peppers, vinegar, onions, salt and garlic. The redder the peppers are when it’s cooked, the redder the sauce, and it’s a bit hotter than Lottie’s Traditional yellow sauce.
Some say a drop in a Bloody Mary makes the drink more fun; try it on wings, grilled chicken or pork, fried fish, rice and peas, stews and eggs. Lottie’s pepper sauces come from Barbados, made in the traditional Bajan style.

A Barbadian favorite since the 1970s, Lottie’s makes classic Bajan pepper sauces.
The Traditional Barbados Yellow is a mustard-based pepper sauce with habanero and turmeric, golden, tangy and bold, and it was featured on the very first season of Hot Ones. The Original Barbados Red is a fiery red pepper sauce. Both are superb with fish, chicken and rice.
