Fat Cat Chairman Meow’s Revenge gets its bite from the superhot scorpion pepper, backed by habanero and bold aromatics, garlic, cilantro and lime juice, over roasted red peppers and onion. It was the fifth sauce on Season 24 of Hot Ones, placed second for X-hot sauces at the 2014 Fiery Foods Challenge, and was named Best Locally Made Hot Sauce in Orlando Weekly’s Best of Orlando 2014.
Put it on pizza, sandwiches, tacos or burgers, mix it into salsa, soup or guacamole, or dab it on grilled meats and vegetables. Fat Cat Gourmet, started in Florida in 2009 by husband and wife Eyal Goldshmid and Deborah Moskowitz, is named for their 23-pound cat, Tiggy.
