Julz’s Creations leans hot, with names like Reaper’s Scythe, Dragon’s Breath and Antichrist’s Delight, but it starts gently with The Black Lung, Pop, a mild, smoky charred poblano sauce. In between you’ll find Green Eyed Monster, Kind of a Big Deal, Corpse Reviver and Citrus Bomb!, many sweetened with local honey.
