New York City hot sauces from Ron Menin, named after Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood and inspired by the city’s mix of cuisines.
The sauces are made in small batches with all-natural ingredients and plenty of personality. Undercover Lover is a mole-style blend of ancho, poblano, jalapeño and habanero with honey and lime, and there’s also Habanero Mango Salvation, Ginger Devil, Cinnamon Ghost Punch, Pepper Pastry Blueberry Maple Habanero, Black Forest and Westside Red.
