Guatemalan-inspired hot sauces from Boulder, Colorado, based on the recipes Juan Ignacio Stewart learned in his mother’s kitchen in Antigua.
Juan started sharing the family hot sauce at farmers markets in 2014, and his cousin Charlie soon joined him. The flagship Green Belly is a fresh, herby cilantro and habanero sauce, joined by Red Belly and Yellow Belly. All three are mild to medium.
