Jersey Barnfire Ultra Hot Black Garlic is the extra hot version of The Original Black Garlic: instead of the original pepper blend, it uses straight 7 Pot Primo peppers, plus Moruga Scorpion flakes, to bring the heat while keeping the black garlic and Jersey tomato flavor.

It’s great on all things meat and adds umami to just about anything: grilled skirt steak, burgers, wings, ribs and vegetables. Use it anywhere you’d use steak sauce, barbecue sauce or ketchup. It’s gluten-free and vegan. Jersey Barnfire was started by two old friends from New Jersey, Austin D’Almeida and John Sauchelli, and makes its sauces with produce from local farms.
