Jersey Barnfire The Original Black Garlic is a medium hot sauce that melds the deep flavor of black garlic with Jersey Barnfire’s sweet heat recipe of jalapeño and habanero, tomatoes and onion. Think layers of caramelized garlic and smoky, almost roasted flavors, with the heat and flavor of the Garden State in a bottle; Jersey Barnfire calls it the first of its kind.

It’s an amazing marinade for steak, Jersey Barnfire says, and goes great on eggs, pasta, chili, pork and ribs. Jersey Barnfire lists a 2016 Screaming Mimi award for best mixed pepper mild sauce. Jersey Barnfire was started by two old friends from New Jersey, Austin D’Almeida and John Sauchelli, and makes its sauces with produce from local farms.
