Spicy Shark Nurse Shark is a mild green jalapeño sauce: like the nurse shark, mellow by nature and smooth, but big on flavor. Undertones of tomatillo, apple and melon (cantaloupe) balance the heat of jalapeño and poblano, with lime, ginger, cilantro and mint.
Try it on tacos, nachos, eggs, chicken and sandwiches. The Spicy Shark is Gabe DiSaverio’s company in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, which donates to shark conservation groups; its sauces are gluten-free and dairy-free, with no artificial preservatives, colors, flavors or pepper extracts.
