Arizona Gunslinger Smokin’ Hot Red Jalapeño is the sauce that started the Arizona Gunslinger lineup, made in Mesa, Arizona, from three ingredients: red-ripened jalapeños, vinegar and salt. The peppers stay on the plant until they turn red, which gives a deeper, slightly sweeter flavor than green jalapeño.
It’s thick and full-flavored, with a smooth medium heat that builds gradually, and it has no fillers, artificial ingredients or added sugar. Use it on eggs, tacos, wings, burgers and pizza, or in marinades and dressings. For a brighter taste try Green Jalapeño; for more fire, Habanero.
