This delicious spin on a traditional molé sauce is what happened when our good friend, Canugator Steve dropped by Chef John’s house one night and asked to make a sauce “just for fun”. It turned out so good that we decided we MUST bottle it!
To pay homage to Steve for being a great friend and colleague who has really made his mark as a member of the chili community, we give you MoléGator!
