Butterfly Bakery Maple Sugar Shack Sriracha is a medium-heat, “Northeast meets Far East” sriracha of Vermont red jalapeños and garlic scapes, sweetened with pure Vermont maple syrup from Eastman Long & Sons.
It won silver for garlic chili sauces at the 2025 European Hot Sauce Awards and first place for best specialty hot sauce at both the 11th and 12th Hot Pepper Awards. Try it on pizza, ramen, stir-fries, eggs and breakfast sandwiches, or as a marinade.
