Karma Sauce Funken Hot is an extra hot sauce on Karma Sauce’s home grown 7 Pot Brown and chocolate habanero chiles, with fresh lime juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic and Karma Sauce’s aromatic Instant Karma spice blend. Its formula was remixed into Scorpion Disco, the ninth sauce on Season 15 of Hot Ones.
Karma Sauce lists its 2018 Golden Chiles for best overall hot sauce and best of the best in show at the Fiery Food Challenge. Try it on eggs, breakfast sandwiches, burritos, nachos and wings. Karma Sauce is a Finger Lakes company in Bristol, New York, that grows most of its own peppers on the Karma Sauce Farm and preps everything in its own micro factory.

About the maker
Rochester, New York hot sauces from Karma Sauce, which optical engineer Gene Olczak started in his garage in 2008.
Karma grows many of its own ingredients at Burning Springs Farm in the Finger Lakes. Bad Karma, built on butternut squash, red pepper and habanero, and Good Karma are the classics, and several Karma sauces have appeared on Hot Ones. The range spans the scale, from Huhu Pina and Cosmic Dumpling to Ghost Island, Burn After Eating and Ashes 2 Ashes.
