Butterfly Bakery Maple Coffee is a medium-heat, deep and dark hot sauce of red jalapeños and cold-brewed Carrier Roasting Company Deep Thought coffee, with a little sweetness from pure Vermont maple syrup and a slow, satisfying heat.
Butterfly Bakery’s founder worked on the recipe for years before an equipment upgrade made it possible. Try it on a charcuterie board with salami, prosciutto or pâté, with chicken pot pie, or a few splashes in a pot of chili.
