Butterfly Bakery Hot House is a hot, garden-fresh sauce that balances tomatoes, cilantro and dill against a five-pepper blend of serrano, habanero, Carolina Reaper, ghost and Carmen peppers, with olive oil, lemon and black pepper.
It was the seventh sauce on Season 26 of Hot Ones, and it took second place for super spicy sauces at the 2025 International Flavor Awards and silver at the 2025 European Hot Sauce Awards. Butterfly Bakery recommends it on grilled cheese, tapenade and fish.
