Jersey Barnfire Black Garlic Bacon is a medium hot sauce that builds on Jersey Barnfire’s Original Black Garlic: black garlic and black shallot for a rich, deep umami flavor, with the taste of hickory bacon on top and red jalapeño and red habanero for heat.

The bacon is a flavoring, so the sauce is vegan, though it contains wheat and soy. Try it on breakfast, steak, chicken, fries, burritos and rice. Jersey Barnfire was started by two old friends from New Jersey, Austin D’Almeida and John Sauchelli, and makes its sauces with produce from local farms.
