Dreams of Calypso Private Reserve is the hot edition of Angry Goat Pepper Co.’s Caribbean-style sauce, made with yellow 7-Pot peppers in place of the original’s Scotch bonnets. Pineapple, mango, lime juice, yellow mustard, carrot and allspice carry over from the original recipe.
This is the version featured on Hot Ones, as the seventh sauce of Season 20. Angry Goat suggests it on wings, egg rolls, pork, poultry, rice, pizza and eggs. For the same flavors with far less heat, try the original Dreams of Calypso.

The lineup runs from mild to extra hot, with favorites like Pink Elephant, Purple Hippo, Yellow Flamingo, Dreams of Calypso and Demon Reaper. Lime, garlic, Vermont maple and agave show up often, balanced against bell pepper, habanero and ghost pepper for a fruit-forward heat.
