Great stuff!

Years ago, I bought a bottle of sauce in St. Martin ( in the Virgin Islands) and have never seen it for sale anywhere since. It was a yellow Scotch Bonnet sauce, and I was hoping this would have a similar taste profile. I remember thinking it was the best hot sauce I'd ever had, but I'd never be able to find it again. Now I have this!
