"The Shadow of GCM is a complex sauce that evolves as you taste it, telling a story of flavor and heat. This sauce starts off with just a little bit of sweetness from the Minnesota maple syrup, but just like a ghost in the shadows, it doesn’t last for long. The body of this sauce is fruity, thanks to the blackberries, ghost peppers, and red bell pepper.
The sauce’s fruity base lingers but again, like its sweet beginning, evolves once more. This sauce picks up an earthy and smoky body on the back end thanks to the smoked paprika, chipotle peppers, garlic, and onion. These flavors linger for quite a while before fading enough, you are left wanting more. This sauce can be your go to for almost anything, but would go exceptionally well on chicken and waffles, pizza, eggs, tacos, chicken, pupusas, or Pad Thai. The sauce gets its heat from the ghost and chipotle peppers."
