A Louisiana style hot sauce with Indian spices and Filipino flavors. This hot sauce combines aged cayennes, Filipino cane vinegar, calamansi juice, garam masala, cumin, coriander, and other spices. This sauce was created to honor the union of two people very close to us. Named after the first permanent settlement of Filipinos here in the United States which also happened to be in Louisiana
