All-natural small-batch hot sauces from Traverse City, Michigan, made by Maria, the Spicy Chef, with ingredients from small Northern Michigan farms.

Each sauce has a dish in mind: Taco à Trois for tacos, Un-Pho-Gettable for noodle soups, Island Affair with tropical pineapple, Smokin’ for the grill, and Verde Vixen, a bright green sauce. Most are medium, with lime, garlic and warm spices.
