Raisin The Bar is the first of J's Line of top shelf spirited sauces. We wanted to start off with something a little sweet, touched with just the right amount of spice to accompany an XO cognac and golden raisins. Then we grilled a bunch of Habaneros and Vidalia onions to accent the roasted garlic. We finished the sauce with Ghost pepperoni baking spices to really bring out the characteristics of the cognac. Enjoy ! This is part of our premium sauce line up which includes Raisin the Bar, Mustard Glen and Fermented Garlic.
