Since it's mild, it gives you a sting rather than a burn. The apple vinegar and lime juice helps with that along with the green chilies.

I had it on chicken tenders and pizza crust.

Just need a dab.

I would definitely add some to a pot of chili or beans & rice.

Alice now rocks my stereo AND my kitchen.

Even though I love hot sauce, I haven't tried it...yet! I bought a bottle of it simply as a collectable. I plan to buy a bottle in the future to consume. It looks cool next to my hot sauce bottles from Motley Crue & Michael Anthony's. However, the price was reasonable, was packed extremely well to ensure safe delivery. Received order via mail fast plus S&H cost was also reasonable.

I originally got this sauce because of the bottle (huge Alice fan) but the sauce is very good too! Ive out it on everything so far haha, it came quickly too.
