About the maker
Artisan hot sauces from the Chicago area, made in small batches in Harvard, Illinois since 2021 and sold as the “Flavors of the Damned.”
Each bottle wears custom dark artwork: Smoking Guns is a smoked jalapeño sauce, Calypso a Caribbean jerk sauce, Malediction a mango habanero, and Abyss a barbecue-style heat. They run from mild to hot.
What hot actually means
30,000–350,000 SHU on the SCOVILLED scale. Habanero territory: heat that lingers, with room left for flavor.
