Two Heads Music City Heat, “the red”, is a medium, sweet and smoky sauce of smoked serrano, habanero and Anaheim peppers with agave and garlic, with a kick Two Heads says you can still enjoy.
It took second place for medium hot sauces at the 2022 Spicy Flave Awards, and Two Heads says it’s its top seller. Try it on meats, chicken, eggs, mac and cheese, spaghetti and lasagna, or in chili. Two Heads Hot Sauce began in Tennessee in 2020 with Jeremy Fyke and Casey Maples, and since 2024 it has been owned by the Dogs family of Wisconsin, who keep its small-batch sauces and “heat you can taste” motto.

About the maker
Smoked hot sauces from Tennessee, started in 2020 by two bald friends, which is where the name comes from.
Two Heads uses locally sourced, smoked peppers for heat you can taste. Music City Heat blends fresno, habanero and serrano with agave, Mountain Mama pairs blackberry with jalapeño, Strawberry Serrano is sweet and bright, and Tri-Star Scorpanero brings scorpion and habanero heat.
