TorchBearer TorchedStone Thai is a hot sauce that showcases Thai curry flavor with a sweet hint of pineapple and papaya: honey, brown sugar and tomato with curry powder, cumin and garlic, and heat from scorpion pepper and Carolina Reaper.

TorchBearer made it with pro wrestler and entrepreneur Brimstone and recommends it on wings; it’s also good on chicken, rice bowls, noodles, grilled vegetables, tacos and sandwiches. TorchBearer Sauces, in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, began in 2005 after owner Vid Lynch and his friend Ben bottled a spare crop of habaneros with carrots, mandarin oranges and onions; its sauces use no pepper extracts.

Pennsylvania’s TorchBearer Sauces has been making bold, all-natural sauces since 2005, and it’s a Hot Ones regular.

Founded in Mechanicsburg by three friends, TorchBearer made its name with Garlic Reaper, built on its mild Oh My Garlic! sauce, which became a Hot Ones favorite.
