TorchBearer Sultry brings together carrots, mandarin oranges and tomatoes with habanero peppers for a flavor that’s equal parts sweet, savory and spicy; the fruit and vegetables round out the heat.

TorchBearer calls it its flagship. Its first sauce, Super Fancy Sultry #7, came from the habaneros owner Vid Lynch and his friend Ben bottled with carrots, mandarin oranges and onions in 2004. Pour it over tacos, pizza, mac and cheese, meatloaf, pasta and eggs, or add it to soups, stews and dips. TorchBearer Sauces is in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, and its sauces use no pepper extracts.

Pennsylvania’s TorchBearer Sauces has been making bold, all-natural sauces since 2005, and it’s a Hot Ones regular.

Founded in Mechanicsburg by three friends, TorchBearer made its name with Garlic Reaper, built on its mild Oh My Garlic! sauce, which became a Hot Ones favorite.
