TorchBearer Headless Horseradish is a hot, creamy sauce built on TorchBearer’s Smokey Horseradish: sharp horseradish and garlic come first, then smoky chipotle and a slow-building ghost pepper burn. It was the fifth sauce on season 10 of Hot Ones.

TorchBearer Sauces, in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, began in 2005 after owner Vid Lynch and his friend Ben bottled a spare crop of habaneros with carrots, mandarin oranges and onions; its sauces use no pepper extracts.

Pennsylvania’s TorchBearer Sauces has been making bold, all-natural sauces since 2005, and it’s a Hot Ones regular.
