About the maker
Philadelphia hot sauces from Radhi Fernandez, who was born in Santo Domingo and launched FAIYA in 2020.
FAIYA mixes Dominican and Latin flavors with fresh ingredients. What The Fuego blends mango, habanero, tomato and bell pepper, and Purple Flame, Sweet Summer Heat, Salsa Verde and Salsa Roja round out the range, along with a Mama Juana sauce made with Piken. Everything here is mild or medium.
