Jersey Barnfire Sweet & Spicy Thai Chili is an extra hot sauce that Jersey Barnfire calls a super hot with flavor: savory garlic and sweet candied ginger with gluten-free soy sauce, heated to a whole other level with Moruga Scorpion and red 7 Pot Primo peppers.

It’s great on wings, ribs, seafood, chicken and dumplings, and on grilled vegetables. It contains soy. Jersey Barnfire was started by two old friends from New Jersey, Austin D’Almeida and John Sauchelli, and makes its sauces with produce from local farms.
