Jersey Barnfire Strawberry Scorpion is a hot, sweet sauce of Jersey strawberries and Moruga Scorpion peppers, with rice vinegar. Jersey Barnfire imagines sweet Jersey strawberries mixed with a thousand barn fires, and says the Moruga Scorpions take it up ten notches.

Try it on chicken and waffles, pork chops, vanilla ice cream, cream cheese and crackers, and cheesecake. Jersey Barnfire was started by two old friends from New Jersey, Austin D’Almeida and John Sauchelli, and makes its sauces with produce from local farms.
