Sacrifice is a medium-heat sauce from Angry Goat Pepper Co. built on fire-roasted orange habanero and poblano peppers, with ghost pepper, New Mexican red chile and smoked habanero adding to the burn. Apple juice, Vermont maple syrup, fresh ginger, lime and gluten-free soy sauce round it out.
Angry Goat suggests it on burgers, eggs, pork and stir-fries, or stirred into chili. Shake the bottle well and refrigerate it after opening.
