Our version of the classic South African condiment Piri-Piri Sauce (or Peri Peri Sauce, as it's known in some circles)! Try it brushed over grilled meat, chicken and veggies, as a sandwich spread, on wings — heck, we even mix it with oil and vinegar and serve it as a salad dressing. A magical Thai-Asian-inspired mix of caramelized onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and peri-peri peppers — small red chilies that pack some powerful back heat. We’ve kept it thick too, so you can also enjoy it as a dip!
