TorchBearer Nekrogoblikon’s Pickled Goblin is a medium, creamy dill pickle sauce: briny, tangy pickle flavor up front with red onion and garlic, then jalapeño and a Carolina Reaper finish whose heat TorchBearer calls manageable, fading without overpowering the food.

TorchBearer made it with the band Nekrogoblikon. Try it on burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches and subs, or mix it into tuna salad, chicken salad or deviled eggs. TorchBearer Sauces, in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, began in 2005 after owner Vid Lynch and his friend Ben bottled a spare crop of habaneros with carrots, mandarin oranges and onions; its sauces use no pepper extracts.

Pennsylvania’s TorchBearer Sauces has been making bold, all-natural sauces since 2005, and it’s a Hot Ones regular.

Founded in Mechanicsburg by three friends, TorchBearer made its name with Garlic Reaper, built on its mild Oh My Garlic! sauce, which became a Hot Ones favorite.
