Firefighter Lee Taylor began growing peppers behind the fire station in 1994 and cooking sauce for friends. In 2005 his colleagues started selling it to fund scholarships, and the Palo Alto Firefighters Charitable Fund has since awarded more than 180 of them. Choose the Original, XX Habanero or XXX Ghost Pepper.
