About the maker
Filipino hot sauce from New York City, founded by Laura Dadap and built on the recipe her father perfected after moving from the Philippines.
Djablo gets its punch from ginger, garlic and cane vinegar, with serrano and other peppers for heat. The Original is the everyday bottle, Smoked Djablo adds a smoky edge, and Power Jab, which was featured on Hot Ones, turns up the heat. Try them on eggs, rice, noodles, dumplings and grilled meat.
