TorchBearer Nekrogoblikon’s Goblin Blood is an extra hot sauce of Carolina Reaper with smoky chipotle, red wine vinegar, lime, olive oil, garlic and chives; the flavor comes through before what TorchBearer calls an obscene amount of Reaper heat takes over.

TorchBearer made it with the band Nekrogoblikon after fans asked for something hotter, and puts it alongside some of its hottest sauces. Pour it over nachos, tacos and wings, or try it on quiche and Southwestern egg rolls. TorchBearer Sauces, in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, began in 2005 after owner Vid Lynch and his friend Ben bottled a spare crop of habaneros with carrots, mandarin oranges and onions; its sauces use no pepper extracts.

Pennsylvania’s TorchBearer Sauces has been making bold, all-natural sauces since 2005, and it’s a Hot Ones regular.
