Marie Sharp’s Tropical Orange is a medium pepper sauce that blends the citrus sweetness of ripened oranges with the tropical heat of yellow habanero peppers, with onion, key lime juice, garlic, vinegar and salt, for a sauce with distinctive color and character.
Use it to glaze grilled poultry, pork or seafood, in marinades and dressings, or drizzle it over tacos, rice and roasted vegetables. It’s good with breakfast eggs and omelettes too. Marie Sharp’s is a family-owned company in Belize’s Stann Creek Valley, in the foothills of the Maya Mountains, where Marie Sharp began making habanero sauces from her farm’s produce in 1980.

About the maker
Belize’s best-known hot sauce, made since 1981 by Marie Sharp with habaneros from her farm near Dangriga.
