Jersey Barnfire Lion’s Mane Teriyaki is a pineapple teriyaki sauce infused with lightly smoked lion’s mane mushroom from Fat Caps Gourmet Mushrooms, local New Jersey farmers. Gluten-free tamari, brown sugar, lime, garlic and sesame oil make the teriyaki, and Scotch bonnet peppers bring the heat.

Enjoy it on chicken, rice, noodles, dumplings and your favorite Asian dishes. It’s gluten-free and vegan, and contains soy and sesame. Jersey Barnfire was started by two old friends from New Jersey, Austin D’Almeida and John Sauchelli, and makes its sauces with produce from local farms.
