La Pistola was the first official collaboration between Paulman Acre and J's Small Batch. Originally developed for the Vista Strawberry Festival at the California Hot Sauce Solutions facility, we smoked a heaping pile of local strawberries and combined it with tequila, agave nectar and a unique blend of top-shelf vinegars to make a spicy, strawberry sauce that is as unique as it is delicious. J’s range runs from the OG and two taco sauces to Thai’d Down Red Curry, Raisin the Bar, Fire Truck, The Exorcist and The 5th Henchman. Jason also co-founded California Hot Sauce Solutions, and several sauces here are collaborations with Paulman Acre, including La Pistola Smoked Strawberry Habanero, Subtle Tease and Sir Atcha.
