Jersey Barnfire Ultra Hot Indian Summer is the extra hot answer to the question Jersey Barnfire has heard since Indian Summer won the Grand World Champion Screaming Mimi in 2019: “When will you make it hotter?” It keeps the mustard, mango, brown sugar and pinch of curry, and adds yellow 7 Pot mash and yellow scorpion pepper flakes.

Jersey Barnfire calls it Caribbean Scotch bonnet sauce meets Carolina barbecue, great on hot dogs, burgers, chicken fingers and grilled chicken. It’s gluten-free and contains anchovies. Jersey Barnfire was started by two old friends from New Jersey, Austin D’Almeida and John Sauchelli, and makes its sauces with produce from local farms.
