High River Thunder Juice is an extra hot, tequila-infused sauce, a mushroom cloud of flavor and heat in High River’s words: chocolate Bhutlah and Carolina Reaper with Fatalii and scorpion peppers and habanero-infused tequila, rounded out with blueberries, peaches and raspberries, brown sugar, ginger, lemon and garlic.
High River calls it explosively hot and addictive; try it on wings, chili and soup. It’s gluten-free and vegan. High River Sauces is based in Kings Park, on Long Island, New York, and also presents the NYC Hot Sauce Expo.

About the maker
Hot sauces with a heavy metal streak, founded in 2011 by music industry veteran and Heavy Metal Cookbook author Steve Seabury.
High River’s first sauce was made for the Metal Alliance Tour. Tears of the Sun, a habanero and tropical fruit sauce, was on Hot Ones season 14 and now has a Private Reserve edition too. The lineup also includes Foo Foo Mama Choo, Cheeba Gold, Thunder Juice with tequila, Hellacious, Rogue, Psych Sauce and a Pepper X Taco Sauce.
