High River Foo Foo Mama Choo is a hot, savory-sweet sauce of roasted red peppers, fire-roasted tomatoes and garlic with a fresh snap of ginger, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and brown sugar, and the floral heat of the Carolina Reaper.

About the maker
Hot sauces with a heavy metal streak, founded in 2011 by music industry veteran and Heavy Metal Cookbook author Steve Seabury.
High River’s first sauce was made for the Metal Alliance Tour. Tears of the Sun, a habanero and tropical fruit sauce, was on Hot Ones season 14 and now has a Private Reserve edition too. The lineup also includes Foo Foo Mama Choo, Cheeba Gold, Thunder Juice with tequila, Hellacious, Rogue, Psych Sauce and a Pepper X Taco Sauce.
