1498 is named for the year Columbus reached Trinidad and pairs scorpion and scotch bonnet peppers with apricot, blueberry and carrot. The dated series continues with 1542 Southwestern Habanero and 1841 Ghost Pepper, and the range also includes Cauterizer, Reapercussion, Papa Boi Caribbean Scotch Bonnet, Classic Gold and The Green Verde.
