Hank Sauce Cilanktro is a smooth, mild blend of peppers, garlic and cilantro, built for everything from tailgates to tacos: Hank’s aged red cayenne base with white wine, garlic, butter and cilantro. As Hank Sauce puts it, the name’s made up, but the flavor is the truth.
Try it on breakfast burritos, tacos, fish tacos, eggs, guacamole, salsa, seafood and rice bowls, or mix it into condiments for dips and dressings. It contains milk and sulfites. Hank Sauce began as a recipe shared among college roommates and is made in the family-owned company’s own facility in South Jersey.

About the maker
Herb-infused hot sauces from Sea Isle City, New Jersey, where Hank Sauce began as a college project and still puts flavor over fire.
The original Herb Infused Hot Sauce blends cayenne with garlic, butter and herbs for a rich, savory sauce that works on nearly everything. Cilanktro adds cilantro, Hank’s Heat brings habanero for a little more kick, and Camouflage completes the lineup. They’re mostly mild, and great on eggs, sandwiches, wings and seafood.
