Half Moon Bay Iguana XXX is a hot, classically styled habanero sauce created among the classics of Belize, Honduras and Costa Rica: a 50% aged habanero base with carrot, onion, garlic, tomato and lime juice. The ripe habaneros and carrots give it a natural orange color and a thick, pulpy texture, followed by the famous delayed habanero burn. It’s all natural, with no pepper extract.
Try it on pizza, eggs, chicken, seafood and rice. Its hotter sibling is Iguana Radioactive. Half Moon Bay Trading Co. has brought tropical pepper sauces from Costa Rica since 1992.
