Half Moon Bay Iguana Gold Island is a tangy Bajan and West Indian-style pepper sauce built on a golden base of mustard and habanero with cayenne, onion, garlic, carrot and cucumber and aromatic spices including cumin. Half Moon Bay calls it medium-hot, with a heat that’s lively without being overwhelming.
