About the maker
Veteran-owned hot sauces from Traverse City, Michigan, made by a husband-and-wife team with fire-roasted peppers and local ingredients.
DD214, named after the military discharge form, is serrano, habanero and dill, like a spicy pickle in a bottle, and part of the company’s profits go to Mission 22, which works to end veteran suicide. The lineup also includes Girl Boss, Kickstand, Red Hot Griff, The Siren, Castaway and Envy, all mild to medium.
